What you receive is not as shown

I love JoMalone and my husband and I have been loyal users for years. I love the travel sizes and when I recently ordered the Fathers Day Grapefruit, I was promised 3 travel size products. I got nothing. I was hoping it was an oversight, so I ordered my scent hoping to receive the promised 3 travel size products. It happened again and have been writing and waiting for a response from Macys about this but NOTHING. Very disappointed about the service.

Great product! Poor packaging.

I received my Jo Malone Blackberry and Bay cologne yesterday. And as always it does not disappoint! It is my favorite of the collection. What I was disappointed with was the packaging. The JM brand is very particular about its presentation. The bottle was placed in the beautiful Jo Malone box with the ribbon perfectly tied. But... The bottle was placed in the box with a small piece of tissue instead of the usual cushion of paper so that the bottle is very procted, and tightly secured in its box. This bottle was so loose and slid from one side to the other that I was afraid to open the package! Fortunately it was OK. I have been purchasing JM since 2010 and this is the first time I have had this experience. Thank you for the opportunity to give feedback.

Perfume is great but the Macy's packaging was bad

I love the scent and how it is not too overpowering. However the product packaging was less than desirable, I think this was a Macy's issue. I purchased an in store Jo Malone scent and it was packaged nicely with a space to hold the bottle so it didn't roll around and looked presentable. When I received this one in the mail it just has a small piece of tissue in the box and the perfume was rolling around. It looked like someone had returned the product and I got a used item...I was not pleased. I thankfully had not intended to gift this but their presentation should have been better.
