material feels cheap and poorly made

I ordered this item online and was very disappointed. It’s not comfortable at all, and the material feels cheap and poorly made. Worst of all, the product does not match what was shown on the Macy’s website—both in quality and appearance. Definitely not what I expected from Jackey.
