Delivered late

I ordered this item on June 4 and plenty of time and Macy’s headset. It would get in time for Father’s Day. It was supposed to arrive by the 13th this and another item by the same seller apparently not Macy’s, which is not very well disclosed and Macy’s takes no accountability for it being shipped late since this is third-party. I’m not sure what happened but it looks like I’m not going to receive this item until the 19th well after Father’s Day, very disappointing in this day and age, I can’t tell you the quality because quite frankly it’s horrible customer service with this item and this product. That’s all you need to know.
