Horrible product. Formula changed

I have used this spray for years and Macys put on sale so I got 4 cans. It was over 30 days before I needed to use . I was shocked immediately noticing the change made to product. Smell changed and the product doesn’t hold your hair in place. I reached out to Macys and was declined a refund due to over 30 days. Even with the complaint of product change. Joico needs to label the can of formula change and stand behind the product. Macys needs better customer service. It’s not like I wanted to return because I changed my mind it’s not the same product I have used for many years. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT IT HAS CHANGED AND DOESN'T WORK AS EXPECTED .

This WAS my favorite hairspray for years. Loved the smell as much as the performance. Then the package changed. But they also changed the product...what's in the new can IS NOT the same hairspray. Dosen't even smell anything like it used to. I will not use or sell Power Spray in my salon again.

I have used Joifix firm 8. It is not an aerosol but a pump spray. Used it for years and loved the way it holds my style. I am reluctant to try any of your revised products after reading all the reviews. So disappointing. Now the search begins for a new brand that has a pump spray and holds like Joifix.

My hair stylist used it on my hair and when her source for the product quit caring it, (unbelievable, right?) I started buying it on line. I have frizzy hair with any humidity and Joico Power Spray is my must have. After smoothing my hair out I spray it on and stays all day and the next.
