Great at first

I got this swing as a baby shower gift. I was so excited about the features. Unfortunately the speaker quality is not great and the melodies are annoying. Everytime I turn on the swing it says "Bluetooth is ready to connect". We use the swing so much these may be my baby's first words. I wish there was a way to disable the voice. We've used this swing so frequently in the past 4 weeks a terribly loud clicking noise has started. My baby loves this swing but all these issues makes it hard to love as a parent. I got mine free but this is not worth the price.

Hi! I'm sorry to hear that our product did not meet your expectations. Regarding the clicking, please check the Lock/Unlock switch on the front of the swing and make sure it is set to "Unlock". When the swing is set to "Lock", the swing can glitch. There is unfortunately no way to turn off the Bluetooth notification upon powering on. Amazing Product !

Put daughter absolutely loves this swing ! It definitely gives the affect of me rocking her to sleep and I've actually been able to put her down and get everything done needed.
