Heel bottom is pulled out

Heel bottom is pulled out even before we got a change to wear her shoe. Because I bought a bigger size so as to keep. I check on shoes to see if it fits now and realize heel is detached. Disappointing! I check to see if I can return but return window is closed. Even more disappointing! I don’t recommend this product.
