Macy’s took merchandise back but hasn’t returned

I bought these sandals and they were to tight. Took them back to Macy’s and the employee didn’t give me a receipt or refund money to my account. Canceling my card because they won’t own up to their mistakes!!!

I don’t like it at all but I wear it once for my husband birthday dinner and I can’t return it
