cute and comfy

Super cute and comfortable. I normally wear a narrow/medium. I had to order medium so when I got them, they looked like they would be too wide but once on, they were perfect!

Comfy cute

Comfortable shoe with cute but sturdy heel- black 9.5 was a perfect fit and true to size.

Not wide at all

I was disappointed in the width of the shoe. I wanted these shoes with strap’s because I don’t own any for the same reason. I thought that since the boots I got from here were perfect fit I thought these would do the trick. But unfortunately no my toes were very uncomfortable trying to even squeeze into them. The size fit but the straps did not. Never got a chance to wear them since they didn’t fit.

Shoes didn't work out, but impressed w customer service

I ordered the Kempsy in my usual size 7 (my feet are wide-ish, meaning some but not all medium width shoes can be too tight). LOVE, love, love the shoe, but one of them was too loose in the straps. So I returned them and ordered another pair, also in size 7. Same situation. Really regretted having to return them because they were exactly what I wanted for evening events that require hours of standing. On the bright side, the customer service was outstanding.
