Zipper problem

Loved the boots. They felt really comfortable just by walking around the house as a test run. When I took them off the zipper at the calf wouldn’t go down. It is rauched at the zipper and I thought that was the problem. I have very thin ankles and calves so it was easy to take off without using the zipper. I returned them and ordered another pair thinking there was a defect. Haven’t received the other pair yet so this will have to be continued.

Although they star super cute and soft, they are super narrow, sadly will be returning.

Love!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love these! They are true to size (I wear a women’s 12) and look great. I wore them to a wedding and my feet never hurt. I had no issues with slipping heel or the calf being tight.
