So bummed, seal comes out every time, huge mess

Lip oil is pretty but the faulty seal has ruined this product for me. When I pull the doe foot out to apply, the entire seal comes with it leaking and glopping oil all over my hand, counters and purse. I’ve tried to see if I can tighten it but nope, every single time this happens and it has leaked all over me or my belongings. Completely trash now, I’m so bummed.

My favorite lip brand!!

I've bought this multiple times and it never fails. Plum plump is my favorite lip gloss ever,and for a girl who has a drawer of different brands and colors of lip products it says a lot!!
