Looks better in the photo

We've always been pleased with Karastan rugs...until this one. Even though it is made of wool, the quality of the rug - both in terms of craftsmanship and beauty - leaves a lot to be desired. It's very coarse. There are not that many knots per square inch. Rather than being muted, the color is faded,washed-out and dreary. Would have never considered paying full price for this, but -even on sale - it's no deal.
