Poor communication about order and delivery

This review isn't about the rug I ordered, but about Macys order fulfillment. I ordered it three business days ago. The order still shows as Processing. I'm unable to get shipping information and unable to cancel the order. It was less expensive at Wayfair and would have been delivered by now, but I opted to order from Macys. I shop there in store for housewares, mattresses, and clothes. Thinking it was a good thing to keep the brick and mortar shops in business, I went with Macys. Wayfair next time.
