Bad quality

I purchased the couch and loveseat a little over a year ago and we are already purchasing a new seat. The fabric is pilling everywhere and it’s impossible to clean. It looks like it’s 10 years old.

The cushions fabric shifts, having the piping from the top slide all the way down to the bottom of cushion. Also, since these have the "stickie" back (Velcro I guess) if they get moved, they stay. I am very unhappy with the couch and love seat. Called for repair to see if it could be fixed. Scheduled my appointment for a week out and now it has been scheduled another 2 weeks out. I waited almost 3 months to get these and was very excited when they were delivered. I loved the set for 2 days and then the fabric sliding began.
