Nice everyday purse

This purse is a little larger than what I am use to, but holds everything I need plus a little more. It has enough compartments, a pocket for my phone and credit card slots. Its a nice purse.

DO NOT BUY!

DO NOT BUY! Since October 21 I placed the order, and I have not received it, I have made 7 calls to customer service, and they do not resolve me, Macys has worse service every day.

Terrible Macy’s Experience

Ordered this bag on 10/25/24. Macy’s sent email 10/26/24 that they shipped the pocketbook. 11/7/24 spoke with phone rep Karina. She stated it was shipped and I have to wait another week. When asked why the wait as today is 2 weeks and I saw UPS has not received the package Karina said let me check and hung up on me! Macy’s this is not how you keep Loyal customers. Karina had my telephone number and could have called back but she didn’t. Extra training needed here.
