Cute bad but…

Nice bad and cute but much smaller than I thought it would be

Never Received

I NEVER RECEIVED MY SLING BAG, I REACHED OUT TO CUSTOMER CARE AND THERE WAS NOTHING DONE FAR AS FOR ME TO RECEIVE MY PACKAGE. THE WAREHOUSE CREATED A SHIPPING LABEL ON SEPTEMBER 2ND AND AFTER THAT IT SAID, UPS DOESN'T HAVE POSSESSION OF MY PACKAGE. WHO STOLE IT? I CALLED EVERY DAY TRYING TO SEE WHY I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PACKAGE AND THEY COULDN'T TELL ME ANYTHING. ALL I WAS TOLD WAS WE'RE REFUNDING YOUR MONEY. I'M NEVER DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN. I'LL TAKE MY BUSINESS TO DILLARD'S AND THIS IS WHERE I SHOULD'VE PURCHASED IN THE FIRST PLACE. IT TAKES 10 DAYS FOR MY REFUND AND THAT IS UNFAIR.
