Who knows...

As others have already stated: never received. Ordered 10/24 and received shipping email 10/27, and has had no updates. Chatted with customer service and stated it was in progress, but still no change. Tracking still states: Estimated delivery UPS doesn’t have possession of the package yet. Estimated delivery date will be available as soon as we get the package.
