WORST ON LINE SERVICE IN RETAIL

TOP WAS GREAT. SHOPPING IN THE STORE IS GREAT. ONLINE ORDERING IS A DISASTER. IT TAKES 15 DAYS TO GET ANYTHING. IT IS A BAD JOKE. I HAVE TRIED ORDERING SHOES 3 TIMES AND IT TAKES SO LONG I AM NO LONGER AT LOCATION WHEN THEY ARRIVE.
