WORN

I received the shoes in used condition. I have pictures from the moment they were delivered, and email confirming the time they were dropped, and pictures from the moment I opened the box and saw that they were worn. All happened within a few minutes. Macy's wouldn't take them back in store... I ended up buying the same ones in another color from another store because I am not going to wear something that is ruined and worn, especially when I paid full price. Receiving worn items is disgusting for number of reasons.

Loved them

I ordered these in green. I love them. True to size. A little tight around the leg after zipping up because I have thick legs and calves. I have a wide foot, but I had no issue with the boot. But a satisfied customer.

I wanted to love these :(

I wanted to love these so bad. They are so narrow and uncomfortable after 15-20 minutes standing. They also left black dye on my ankles and feet along the zipper. Easy to walk in and super stylish. Just needs to be a little wider. True to size.
