Beautiful, dressy top. True to size. Got many compliments on it!

Pretty but defective

I ordered this blouse in a 1X. It’s a pretty blouse that fits true to size and is flattering but unfortunately it has a defect. There was a mark about 3 inches long on the front of the blouse that had the appearance it was made by a hot iron. I requested an exchange for the same blouse but the second one had the exact same mark on the front of it! Obviously there’s a defect in the material.
