Kasper slip on pencil skirt

I ordered this skirt in crimson red women size XL. It fits like an XXL and smells like cigarettes. Skirt fits too big, and it's a final sale. No one should have to pay for something like this.

Kasper Pencil Skirt

Not pleased at all!! I!!l purchased it online as last act no return. I wear size 16, l ordered XL which is big enough for a 1X and does not fit anywhere like a pencil skirt. Very disappointed and can’t be returned
