HORRIBLE SHIPPING PRACTICES

NO ISSUES WITH ITEM. ONE STAR IS FOR MACY'S NOW USING DOOR DASH OR OTHER LOCAL DELIVERY SERVICES THAT HAVE NO REGARD FOR WHEN/HOW A PACKAGE IS DELIVERED. I HAD A PACKAGE DELIVERED TO MY BUSINESS ADDRESS DURING NON-OPERATING HOURS. THE PACKAGE WAS JUST LEFT AT THE DOOR IN A VISIBLE OPEN AREA FOR ANYONE TO SEE/TAKE. THE ONLY NOTIFICATION I RECEIVED WAS AN EMAIL AND I RUSHED OVER TO FIND SOMEONE TAKING MY PACKAGE. I THEY SAW ME AND THROUGH THE PACKAGE OUT OF THEIR CAR WINDO TO AVOID ME FOLLOWING THEM. I WILL NOT BE USING MACY'S FOR ANY FURTHER PURCHASES IF THIS IS HOW THEY WILL THEY BE SHIPPING PACKAGES FROM NOW ON.
