Poor customer service

Macys online wouldn’t allow me to order 7 bags as requested so I ordered one bag on my own, customer service placed two orders of 3 bags for me (the first two orders were canceled by Macys so I had to call back and order AGAIN - total of 2-3 hours on the phone). Macys delivered 1 bag to my home and 1 bag to the store though charged me for 4 bags. I never received communication about the other 3 bags, Macys charged me for them and issued a refund without any notice to me. Terrible in store customer service and terrible telephonic customer service. Was planning to ship here yearly for staff gifts however after this experience I’m never shopping here again.

Amazing tote!
