Too small

I sized this up for my daughter who usually wears a 14, I got her a 16 and the sleeves were 3/4 length. Have to return. Also the description says star pattern and the picture is flowers. It’s a flower print.

Just perfect for the two days of “Winter” we have in FL 😀 It’s not too heavy or too light. The hat is a cute addition. Very comfortable as well.
