Weird Sizing

Very disappointed. I think Macy’s should reconsider this seller. I bought two different pairs of boots from the Western Chief company and would not recommend them. The boots are very bulky with excess padding inside. We couldn’t get my granddaughters foot into the size 11 boot. Other brands size 11 fit fine. The other pair for my grandson were also to bulky both have been returned.
