Formua Has Been Changed - Disappointed
I have been using Kiehl’s Facial Fuel Face Wash for over a decade and have always loved it, until now. The recent formula change has completely ruined the product. It’s noticeably watered down, doesn’t foam or cleanse as effectively, and requires almost twice as much just to get close to the same results. This change wasn’t made to improve the product, it was clearly a cost-cutting decision, likely forcing customers to use more and buy more often. It’s frustrating when brands make changes like this without considering loyal customers who have trusted their products for years. Unless Kiehl’s restores the original formula, I will not be repurchasing and will likely switch to another brand entirely. Do better, Kiehl’s.

Awesome
This stuff made my dry face look really sexy. I was already sexy if course but this stuff made it like 10x better and worked better than any moisturizer or face cleanser I’ve used before.

Used for years then it was changed to more water
Cheapened from shrinkflation. This used to be a more viscous product which was great. Now it’s become much more watery. I called to inquire and they said the formulation did change in 2023. It doesn’t have the same invigorating tingling that it used to either. Price increased but it’s more water and less actual soap now. Will try to use and hope I don’t break out. Will be looking for a different product and probably will stop using kiehls as they have been making their products cheaper and lower quality.
