best retinol serum ever.

Best retinol serum ever. I have been using this now for almost 3 years. I have sensitive skin and this works wonders for improving my texture, clearing my clogged pores, and regulating my sebum production. I use every other night, and have not found any other retinoid product that is as effective for my sensitive skin. Only downside is the price. PLEASE NEVER CHNAGE THE FORMULATION! :)

Product Packaging needs work

Device is hard to use. Mixing the product takes a lot of work. Then, trying to get the serum out of the bottle is also difficult. The product itself is good, but the work involved to use it makes me want to look for alternatives.

Didn’t work for me

I used this product for 6 days. Unfortunately I didn’t have better results as others. After the third day I noticed the skin on my cheekbones (close to the skin beneath my eyes) was terribly dry and flaking. I was careful not to get close to the eye area as I used it for the next couple of days. Then I noticed my skin flaking along my jawline. I haven’t used it for the last few days and the skin issue has gotten better. I don’t know if the product can be returned.

This product is superb.

My skin had considerably improved. I have a melatonin and it's slowly fading. My friends told me my skin looks better

confusing

very confusing to put together..cap was too tight....when finally had someone help release it the bottom leaks all over.....I'll find a different product
