Perfect cleanser

I have been using this cleanser for a few years I have sensitive skin and this works great for me.

Formula changed for worse

This used to be a wonderful cleanser, which left my skin soft, hydrated and smooth. But with my latest purchase, I noticed the consistency has changed: runny and milky in color. It used to be more gel-like and thicker. I looked at the ingredients and you have replaced the Sodium Laureth Sulfate with Sodium C14-16 Olefin Sulfonate. This new formula is harsh. My skin felt dry, over-stripped, and irritated after just one use. Why mess a long-standing customer favorite that worked?? Please bring back the old formula!

Kiehls for the win

Very rich. A little goes a long way. I like the fact it doesn’t have an overpowering scent. Leaves skin feeling nice.
