lifesaver facial cream for eczema

Formula changed for worse

This used to be a wonderful cleanser, which left my skin soft, hydrated and smooth. But with my latest purchase, I noticed the consistency has changed: runny and milky in color. It used to be more gel-like and thicker. I looked at the ingredients and you have replaced the Sodium Laureth Sulfate with Sodium C14-16 Olefin Sulfonate. This new formula is harsh. My skin felt dry, over-stripped, and irritated after just one use. Why mess a long-standing customer favorite that worked?? Please bring back the old formula!

Great cream

Kiehl’s Ultra Facial Cream has seriously changed my skin game. It’s lightweight, super hydrating, and gives that healthy, dewy glow without feeling greasy. Perfect under makeup or on its own — Only a few days in and my skin already feels smoother, more hydrated, and way less tight.
