    • Gentle Cleansing Balm: Use fingertips to gently massage a small amount onto dry skin. Wipe off with dry face cloth. For a deeper clean and hydration, leave on for 60 seconds before removing.
    • 15-Minute Treatment: For deeper hydration on dry areas needing extra nourishment, apply a visible layer of formula on skin and leave on for 15 minutes. Tissue off any remaining formula.

Clear to pasty, why?

Not so sure what happened to this line of product. It was clear and hydrating and always felt light to apply. Now the new formula is thick paste and takes time to rub onto your face. It looks nothing like the old line of hydrating mask. Why the change? Is it time for me to move to another brand? I have tried to finish this last jar, holding it out to see if the old line of product would come back. I have been very faithful for many of the products, but this one. I really can't. I hope you don't do this to your other line of products.
