Good Deep Springform

I wanted a nice deep springform pan for some experiments I'm doing with cheesecake and alternative crusts. This pan does everything I expected of it. Considering the sale price, I think it's a great find.

Great pan for Cheesecake!

Great pan. My cheesecake came out perfect baked in this pan. I use a silicone pan wrap instead of foil for the water bath and when I removed the pan from the wrap there was absolutely no leakage.
