I was initially happy to have found and purchased this bed frame. I needed something lower for my small dog. However, I started having issues with my new mattress and box spring I purchased it with. Macys customer service told me this did not support a queen size bed and I need to exchange it or keep my bed in the floor for my warranty on the mattress to stay valid.

Returning an item.

The store manager was very informative and helpful. You should be proud of her Customer Service. Extremely understanding and found a positive solution. Macy's should be very Proud and her ability to represent her Employer.

Very nice and economical

I bought this for my Beauty rest black Giada Mattress and the Frame looks very good on my Foundation and mattress with a nice support.

Love, love my new purchase!

I totally love shopping at Macy's. The "Old School" style service is wonderful. My mattress purchase was a pleasant experience and the salesman was more than knowledgeable and helpful. Everyone should shop at Macy's!

New frame has 4 wheels instead of 6 like our old one had which makes it harder to move around.
