Fabric shrunk down after 1st wash

Did 1st wash after it came. The fabric shrinks down which makes the shirt very ridiculous now. I can see the tag saying "heavy cotton" but it seems not true. My other Pro Club shirts (also heavy cotton) does not shrink.
