Terrible birthday present

The backing was damaged and the stone fell out of the other earring. The customer service was atrocious.

You sent the wrong earrings

They send a different style and smaller size stone. But after I looked the pair they sent it was actually real Emeralds . So they quality was better for the same price and I kept them
