Not as nice as shown in advertisement

Wasnt expecting it to be a custom piece of jewelry but didnt think it would look like it.came from a bubble gum machine either. The jewelry box it came in was also damaged and Macys stated if it was ordered by Sunday it would be delievered by Valentines day and that wasnt the case either. So this was an all around fail from purchase to delivery.
