Item shipped over a month ago. Tracking number was available, but item could not be found. How do i receive a refund for the necklace that was never delivered?

Received wrong item-Disappointed

Wrong item received!!! Very Disappointed as I ordered this necklace and received a completely different one. It was lab created opal and red crystals. So now it had to be reordered and sent somewhere else and hope I get it before Christmas.
