Nice Fragrance, Major Design Flaw

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First, I want to be clear that I love Lafco products. I have nearly every single candle, and two of the larger diffuser sets. But the smaller diffuser set should NOT be allowed to be shipped because of what I've found to be a design defect. The larger set diffuser oil comes in a separate, sealed bottle, but not so for the smaller diffuser set. The oil in the smaller diffuser comes already inside the glass diffuser jar, which is "sealed" by a push-down cork (hardly providing a seal). So, when I received the package, the oil had spilled out everywhere during shipping. While I liked the "Retreat" fragrance, there unfortunately was no oil in the jar, only all over the boxes. I thought perhaps this was a one time error, so I re-ordered the product and it happened once again. I don't think this product should be shipped due to this design error.
