Shipping issuel

Shipping was horrible. I've had issues with ofering on line before. Starting to not trust Macy's. Last time i had an issue with a shipment after many emails and phone calls i was told i'd be getting a credit and that never happened. When i reached out to claim the credit never heard back from the person at corporate. As a consumer and loyal customer of Macy's i feel cheated, frustrated and very upset!!
