I first starting using Bi Facil in 1992, and haven't stopped!! I have tried others but alwasy come right back immediately to Be Facil. Its conditioning, removes ever bit of eye make up and leaves the eye area clean!!

I have used this for many years. The last bottle I got was totally cloudy for a few weeks. I called Lancôme and they were supposed to be sending me a new one and a return label for the old one. I have yet to receive anything. The product has since cleared but I’m afraid to use it so it sits unopened..
