Product comes out clumpy due to defect

Unable to use mascara due to defect in dispenser. Entire product comes out since brush is not being pulled through opening correctly. There is no Small hole to takeoff excess product.

Not my favorite product.

I chose this product since I could try it by using my reward points. Both the color and packaging appealed to me. However, I found the applicator handle/top is awkward to hold and the product does little to enhance by lashes.

Big or bad?

I like the idea of having the choice of colors for mascara. The color choices are so good I had a hard time choosing one. The problem I had was the size of the wand & the product itself. Just too large .

Terrible Product, Not Worth the Money

The mascara I received was dried out and old. It was too dry to wear and it was EXPENSIVE. I wrote to Lancome, but they have ignored my request for a replacement or refund. If this mascara is formulated to be dry and flaky, it has succeeded. Would never buy again.

Clumpy

I have always been a fan of Lancome mascara and was excited to try this one. Unfortunately, I was underwhelmed by the product. From the initial use, the mascara was very clumpy on the wand and around the tube opening. After wiping it off and trying again, I got the same results. For the price and with my experience with other Lancome mascaras, I was disappointed with the quality of the product.

Works terrible. Looks demonic.

This mascara is seriously not functional. I have thick chunky lashes average length. This formula feels like slippery gel that hardly grabs onto my lashes, not providing volume or extension. It just doesn't serve its purpose. The packaging looks gigantically demonic. I advise that you walk away from this product if you see one.
