Good & Bad

This jacket was a great fit for petites, however the collar and hood were uncomfortable and hard to arrange. The sleeves were just the right length for petites

Poor return merchandise customer service.

Item did not fit, so had to be returned. Returned to Macy’s online return center in store. Was not allowed to return the product to Macy’s spent almost an hour at the store and no one could figure out how to process the return. I will never order Lands End again. It was purchased through Macy’s and should’ve been easily returned to the store. I was told to return home and wait for info on how to return it by mail. So far there’s been no follow up. Poor customer service.

Runs big

I’m a size 4 and ordered a small but it was too big. I’ve never ordered lands end but seems like their small is more of a 6/8. The jacket was nice enough but it is definitely thin & lightweight. Not a super warm jacket.

DO NOT PURCHASE THIS JACKET

I really wanted to like this jacket,but it’s so thin and big! It does not look like the picture at all.
