    • Brush: Clover-shaped brush has short and long bristles; long bristles deliver volume while short bristles help lift and lengthen; three equally distributed chambers load mascara to coat lashes from root to tip while helping to avoid reloading

    • HOW TO USE:
    • Apply mascara starting at the base of the lashes from underneath
    • Wiggle brush side to side before combing up and through to the tips; this ensures you are coating each lash for lift, volume and length
    • Keep repeating as necessary to build a full coat of mascara, fanning lashes out as you comb up
    • Bottom Lashes:
    • If you are applying on the bottom lashes as well, try using the leftover mascara on the wand only, since a freshly prepped one can apply too much product
    • You can also use just the tip of the wand; holding it perpendicular to the lash line, run it along the root of the bottom lashes softly before combing through the lashes; this ensures a natural look of lashes being denser at the base than the tip
    • Pro Tips:
    • Try the "Roll Under" technique; hold the brush at the base of the lashes and roll the brush downward; this deposits the mascara close to the lash line and builds volume at the base
    • Removal Instructions:
    • Use Laura Mercier Soothing Makeup Remover (sold separately); shake to activate bi-phase formula, saturate a cotton pad, then gently sweep over eyes; cleanse as normal

Best Mascara in the world of mascaras

Laura Mercier is true to its product. I have tried other mascaras but continue to come back to Cavar Extravagrant Mascara. I am so pleased that it is easy to apply and no chunky or flakiness from this mascara.

Couldn't ask for better mascara

Easy to apply mascara that doesn't run even on the hottest days. I wear contacts and no burning in my eyes. Long lasting but also easily removed.

Can mascara be beautiful without being crunchy?

Yes, yes it can, as long as it’s this mascara!!! I love how with just one coat my eyelashes are defined for a natural look. When I want a little more glamour, I add a second coat and really see those lashes stand out. I love that it doesn’t dry my eyes out or look crunchy. Just soft, defined lashes. Will be my only mascara from now on.

Goes on smoothly, does not clump.

Best mascara I have ever used. My lashes are long and thick in areas...although not as thick as they were. I don't have to continually brush as applying. Love this tip; if mascara is getting to heavy use several drops of eye drops to application. Works great!

long lashes!

Gives the appearance of long lashes, but I get some specs of black along the lashes....applies quickly and easily but sometimes have to go over it with water on the brush
