    • Use this versatile formula to precisely line, define and fill or smudge, smoke and blend
    • Lash Line: Apply along the upper lash line; hold the pencil horizontally, keeping the long side of the tip flat against the lid, which makes it easy to see where the line is being placed; apply in short strokes to keep the application close to the lashes
    • Tight Line: Press softly on the eyelid and lift gently back into the eye crease, which will clearly reveal bottom of the lash line; apply in between lashes using a dot and wiggle motion, which creates the look of lush, thick lashes
    • Water Line: Apply directly to lower and/or upper water line; for a softer look, line only the upper water line; for maximum definition, line both the upper and lower water lines
    • Pro Tip: For a more precise application, sharpen before use; if needed, use a flat eyeliner brush to diffuse formula between lashes or drag out for a crisp winged line

Doesn’t stay put

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how smoothly the application is however at the end of the day somehow it migrated to under my eyes giving me blue raccoon eyes. It also smeared to the top of my lid. I used the eye primer as well. Puzzling. Beautiful color tho.

LOVE This!

Nice eyeliner, but not super durable
