    • HOW TO USE:
    • Apply mascara starting at the base of the lashes from underneath
    • Wiggle brush side to side before combing up and through to the tips; this ensures you are coating each lash for lift, volume and length
    • Keep repeating as necessary to build a full coat of mascara, fanning lashes out as you comb up
    • Bottom Lashes:
    • If you are applying on the bottom lashes as well, try using the leftover mascara on the wand only, since a freshly prepped one can apply too much product
    • You can also use just the tip of the wand; holding it perpendicular to the lash line, run it along the root of the bottom lashes softly before combing through the lashes; this ensures a natural look of lashes being denser at the base than the tip
    • Pro Tips:
    • Try the "Roll Under" technique; hold the brush at the base of the lashes and roll the brush downward; this deposits the mascara close to the lash line and builds volume at the base
    • Removal Instructions:
    • Use Laura Mercier Soothing Makeup Remover (sold separately); shake to activate bi-phase formula, saturate a cotton pad, then gently sweep over eyes; cleanse as normal

Mascara

This is the first time I have used this product and I love it! I am older and this mascara takes my fair and sparse eyelashes and makes them full and youthful looking. Great product!!

Terrible mascara!

Terrible mascara - very dry - as I was trying to apply it there was nothing being deposited on my lashes. Glad I only bought a mini.

great mascara, pretty good applicator

I love the smoothness and darkness of this mascara. It's pretty good about not flaking, too. The one small change I'd make is that I prefer an applicator that's not so tapered at the end, so that I can catch more of my lashes at once.

Not as good

I thought I was rebuking the same great mascara that I've used before only in travel mini form. However, this mascara went on thinner, clumped, did seem to dry and remained kind of "gummy" feeling even hours later. It left black smudges under my eyes and on my eyelids. It also made my eyes burn and itch. Extremely disappointed. Laura Mercier Volume mascara was the best mascara I'd ever used and literally the only one I found I could wear without irritation.

Love this mascara. Swipe it on once is great. Twice is fantastic. No smudge , no flaking. Stays till you remove it. My new favorite!!
