NOT wrinkle free

This is not a no-iron blouse. I’ve never spent this much on a blouse for myself but I loved the look and thought it would be worth it since I am going on a long trip… wrinkle free was important for multiple uses. I washed it first as is always a general rule… it looked awful afterward. Then when I went into the store to return it, I was told because I washed it, it was not returnable. How would you find out if it was wrinkle free without washing it? I won’t ever buy a Ralph Lauren blouse that claims to be wrinkle free again. Luckily, I had a manager give me “special consideration” so I could get a refund. Between Macys return policy and a dishonest description of the garment, I will certainly rethink any future purchases with Macys.
