I love this soft denim skirt. Good structure although it runs a little big and a little long.

Love this skirt!
Sizing is true. I’m 5’9”, 135 lbs, I purchased a size 6. This is long, just above the ankle, but it has a slit that starts mid thigh for ease of motion. They say it’s denim, but I would rather say it’s canvas, like a Carhart jacket fabric, which is nice. Wore it today with tights and my cowboy boots, looked great!

A letdown
In size 6, this was 14.75 inch waist lay flat but no stretch. Consistent with size chart they had displayed- size 6 @ 29.5 waist. Even though the measure was ideal, this took effort to button. Can back up other review comment about the seam for panels being uncomfortable, it just does not feel good on either thigh. This did not look as good on this long lean body as on the model, partly because the front slit did not open typical but wanted to fold inwards. Size 6 was 37 inches long - about 14 for top panel and 23 for bottom. The model’s size 4 must be shorter to show gap to her ankle, as the 6 on similar height hit right at ankle. What’s frustrating though is this when someone writes a bad review because the product is EXACTLY as described. If you take time to READ the « size & fit « section you’d see it’s designed to fit at ankle AND size 8 is approx 38.75 » long. If you’re 61 inches tall, they fully disclosed this skirt covers 2/3 your height. Material and stitching were quality
Love this skirt
Long and lean and can wear with boots or casual slip on loafers. Love this skirt - a new autumn staple!

Cut small
It's smaller than other skirts I have in the same size-even the same brand skirts. Also, the horizontal seam going around the thigh area is not flattering or comfortable, (the seam itself kind of rubs). I do like the length and material, but it's a pretty uncomfortable skirt for me.
Loved the material and the color. The sizing is off. The 'system' told me to purchase a 10, but I ordered an 8 because I usually need smaller skirts. The 8 was huge....need at least a 6 and possible a 4. The design looks straight in the picture, but believe it is more an a-line. I am 5'1" and the skirt basically hit the floor. I know it is called a maxi skirt, and I would have to cut off at least 7 inches to make it resemble the model's fit. The design is 4 panels sewn together and shortening would be an issue....the bottom panel would be off kilter if shortened that much.
