Use it all the time. Love it

This could have been 5 stars easily but the lid isn't a very tight fit and the enamel got hairline cracks after the second use. That being said it's still one of my favorite pots. Great for a double batch of jambalaya, a huge pot of collard greens, old time beef stew, chili, soups, braised pork ribs, chicken & dumplings etc. The only thing that didn't turn out perfectly was my top round roast so I go back to my old faithful Dutch oven for top or bottom round roast. Works wonders on top of the stove or in the oven.

Le Creuset never disappoints!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My go to pot for soups, stews, chili, just about anything! Le Creuset dutch ovens are superlative. I bought this pot in artichaud (artichoke green) with the olive branch decoration on the lid. Really stunning.

7.5 Quart Le Creuset

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this pot. I made beef stew in it today. It went from the gas cooktop to the oven. I turned the oven off around 4 pm, left the pot in the oven, we ate around 7:30 and the stew was a perfect temperature.

Pretty and functional

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This cast iron chefs oven is very functional, the curved sides make our stews not stick or burn at the bottom. It’s very multi functional, we’ve made soups, stir fry, pastas, rice and many one pot dishes. It’s also non toxic so it’s a plus with the kiddos. Definitely recommend this to anyone needing took cook for 4+ people or needing to meal prep.
