Poor customer service and damaged merchandise

Glazing has an imperfection. Reported to customer service and was disconnected and never contacted again. Very disappointed with product and customer service response

Very Nice

I ordered the white. Rectangular casserole dish good for any type of casserole. Large, but not too large. It came with a platter lid that you place on top of the casserole dish. Does not lock in at all, but it is still functional. The platter lid is very, very nice for a holiday tray of food.

Never Fulfilled

So Macy’s took my order, waited just long enough to tell me they cancelled and could not fulfill it that I had to spend 40% more for it elsewhere and take a Macy’s GC mailed back to me I still haven’t gotten and NOW THEY ARE TAKING ORDERS FOR IT AGAIN?!?! BUY IT ANYWHERE BUT AT MACY’S!! js

Cooks Well

Love my pan the color red I even bought the matching teapot. I really want the set or more pans. They are expensive but worth it you know they say you pay for what you get. This name brand is definitely worth it!!!
