Ugly Dress, Cheap Material, Sizing is Way Too Big!

First, the shipping was terrible. I live in UT, the box originated in Los Angeles Co., Calif, just 14 hours from me. Using the link they provided, I watched where my package went. From Calif, a week later it was in Massachusetts. A few days after that it was in Illinois. Two weeks after it left Calif, I finally had it. The box was badly damaged and partly open. I went to the website "Help Center" to find a phone number to call and complain. Well, that was a joke. They do not show the number on the website, you have to Google it. When you call, you get someone in a foreign country who speaks broken English. The background noise is so bad you can't hear them, so I asked to speak to someone in the USA. When I finally got through and explained why I was calling, the attitude was, "not our problem", call the postal carrier. Wow! I am returning this dress, it is an extremely ugly color of neon blue with a very cheap fabric. I would be embarrassed to wear such an ugly dress. The sizing is way off too. I won't ever shop Macy's again.
