No Purchase

I tried to purchase this ring, but I was unsuccessful. I have excellent credit, but Macy's due to fraud policies wants me to come in person to purchase this ring. Additionally, I am a premier card member. Macy's has lost multiple purchases from me due to this policy. I additionally call and contacted a customer service representative to help make the purchase. I can authenticate myself, but the purchase is not concluded. I have to go to other sources to purchase online makeup, clothing, other beauty products, and shoes. This problem has purportedly passed along, but nothing happens.
