I got the chain today in the box. It was not together, it was all over the place like they never packaged it properly the chain looks very nice thoug

Product was nice, but poorly made.

I was very disappointed with this product. It was poorly made and crooked. I went to the store to have it replaced and because I ordered it online, an exchange was not feasible. If I proceeded with a refund and ordered it again online, I would not get the item for the same price (I bought it on sale and the sale was already over). The lady at the counter said she’d be able to give me a manufacture discount if I purchased it from there. I was hesitant, be relented. However, when she showed me the only one they had, it looked even worse than the one I purchased online. The person I bought it for really liked it, so I’ll probabaly try to purchase it when it goes on sale again and hope for a better outcome.
